Senior Program Manager

Required Experience: 8 to 15 Years (Role : Manager / Senior Manager) - Manufacturing

• Experience in project / program management in manufacturing environment.
• Must have knowledge and experience with NPI
• Strong experience in Operations
• Experience with P&L.
• BE/B. Tech & MBA qualification preferred from tier I/II colleges.
• PMP, Pg MP, Agile PM, Lean 6S GB, CSSBB sort of certifications could be added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for delivery on Customer Satisfaction and manage Customer escalations.
• In charge of improving communication and driving best practices across sites and ensures all programs execute to contract, hitting key KPIs.
• Oversee the scheduling, and coordination of KPIs, and coordinate with various departments and to drive excellence in Operations, NPI, transfers, and product launch processes.
• Ensure effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and timely transition of project through all phases of the product life cycle process.
• Drive continuous improvement in the NPI launch management process through collaboration, metrics, project management, cost management, and Quote variance.
• Support financials by preparing and monitoring launch cost estimates.
• Review launch costs and Financial P&L as necessary.
• Track and manage project expenses alongside the NPI PM.
• To monitor NPI financials and launch cost and work closely with the site financial teams.
• Review Weekly Plan – Ramp Curve, UPH, NPI build plan, Material.
• Revenue Tracking – Revenue is as per plan and any deviation address it.
• Oversee the requisitioning of all materials required to support master production schedule and achieve annual inventory targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and eliminating waste by improving process flow where possible by working with relevant IE/Engineering.
