Swasthya Swaraj is a grassroots organisation working to establish health as a reality for the most marginalised, particularly in tribal regions of Odisha. Our Comprehensive Community Health Programme (CCHP) integrates preventive, promotive, and curative care through health centres, community engagement, and capacity-building initiatives.

The Role:

Senior Programme Manager / Programme Lead

As the organisational anchor for implementation, you will:

• Lead and support programme managers across various verticals within CCHP.
• Plan, monitor, and ensure the timely delivery of community-level activities and health services.
• Coordinate team-building and collaborative planning with programme managers, coordinators, and community-level staff.
• Support proposal writing, budgeting, and donor compliance.
• Manage data systems, data analysis, and contribute to research and reporting.
• Engage regularly with local communities, government stakeholders, and partner organisations.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal systems and donor requirements.

Who You Are:

• A senior public health professional with an

  MD in Community Medicine

  or an

  MPH

  with

  5+ years of experience in Community Health Projects

  .
• Experienced in grassroots/community health settings, preferably rural or tribal areas.
• Proficient in

  SPSS/STATA

  and

  MS Office

  , with strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• A strong communicator and team player, able to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Willing to travel extensively to remote locations within Kalahandi.
