Hiring Alert | Senior Programme Manager / Programme Lead Location: Kalahandi, Odisha | Full-time, On-site Salary: Negotiable Organisation: Swasthya Swaraj Society About Us: Swasthya Swaraj is a grassroots organisation working to establish health as a reality for the most marginalised, particularly in tribal regions of Odisha. Our Comprehensive Community Health Programme (CCHP) integrates preventive, promotive, and curative care through health centres, community engagement, and capacity-building initiatives. The Role: We are looking for a Senior Programme Manager / Programme Lead to steer our flagship Comprehensive Community Health Programme . The role involves overall planning, coordination, and execution of multiple health and nutrition programmes across our intervention areas. As the organisational anchor for implementation, you will: Lead and support programme managers across various verticals within CCHP. Plan, monitor, and ensure the timely delivery of community-level activities and health services. Coordinate team-building and collaborative planning with programme managers, coordinators, and community-level staff. Support proposal writing, budgeting, and donor compliance. Manage data systems, data analysis, and contribute to research and reporting. Engage regularly with local communities, government stakeholders, and partner organisations. Ensure all activities comply with internal systems and donor requirements. Who You Are: A senior public health professional with an MD in Community Medicine or an MPH with 5+ years of experience in Community Health Projects . Experienced in grassroots/community health settings, preferably rural or tribal areas. Proficient in SPSS/STATA and MS Office , with strong data analysis and reporting skills. A strong communicator and team player, able to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders. Willing to travel extensively to remote locations within Kalahandi. Why Join Us?
