Senior Program Manager

As a Program Manager at Nucleus, you will be responsible for managing large services engagements worth multi-million dollars. You will work closely with customers" senior management and lead the team towards achieving customer delight. Key Responsibilities: - Define and monitor program governance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. - Manage all aspects of multiple related projects to support strategic goals. - Address engagement level risks and issues, develop action plans, and lead the team. - Establish best practices, templates, policies, and tools to enhance organizational capabilities. - Collaborate with development managers and architects to drive customer satisfaction. - Oversee day-to-day activities, ensuring project deliverables are on schedule and within budget. - Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and presenting project updates. - Facilitate steering committee meetings with senior customer stakeholders. Team Management: - Coach and train project teams on software development processes and best practices. - Motivate the team and guide them towards achieving customer satisfaction. - Understand cultural nuances and lead cross-functional teams effectively. Customer Management: - Provide strategic inputs and act as an extended arm for customers" senior stakeholders. - Make informed decisions, communicate trade-offs and risks, and drive key project decisions. Financials and Business Acumen: - Contribute to P&L activities and identify strategies to enhance engagement profitability. - Lead presales activities to support business expansion. Qualifications Required: - 16-18 years of software development experience in the BFSI domain. - 7-9 years of program management experience. - Experience in managing teams in an offshore/on-site model. - Strong communication and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in MS Project or similar software and MS Office applications. - Experience in leading cross-functional project teams. - Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. - Ability to collaborate effectively with technology staff, business stakeholders, and management.
