This role requires a strong focus on SaaS technologies and platform interoperability. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute programs with deep understanding of product and engineering, focusing on customer impact. - Drive collaboration between engineering, product, and business teams for scalable solutions. - Lead initiatives with a focus on SaaS technologies and platform interoperability. - Develop and refine processes to improve program delivery aligned with strategic objectives. - Identify and address risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to maintain program momentum. - Foster a culture of accountability and excellence by mentoring team members. - Utilize tools like Google Workspace and project management platforms for collaboration and reporting. **Qualifications & Experience:** - 8+ years of experience in Program Management in SaaS or similar technical domains. - 4+ years of people management experience preferred. - Strong understanding of platform architectures and interoperability. - Background in Fintech, Billing, or Subscription-based services desirable. - Expertise in Agile, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies. - Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace and project management platforms. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
