Senior Program Manager

As a Program Manager at Nucleus, your role is to manage large services engagements with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will work closely with customers" senior management to drive the team towards achieving customer delight. Your responsibilities include: - Defining and monitoring program governance - Managing all aspects of multiple related projects to support strategic objectives - Managing engagement level risks, issues, and action plans - Working with the team creatively and analytically in problem-solving - Participating in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools, and partnerships - Collaborating with Development managers and Architects - Managing day-to-day activities and ensuring project deliverables are on schedule - Communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders - Driving steering committees with customers" senior stakeholders You will also be responsible for team management by coaching and training project teams, keeping them motivated, and understanding cultural nuances for cross-cultural teams. Additionally, you will provide inputs to strategic plans, make decisions, and communicate trade-offs and risks to drive key decisions across projects. In terms of qualifications, the desired candidate should have: - 16-18 years of Software Development experience in the BFSI domain - 7-9 years of Program Management experience - Experience in managing teams in an Offshore/Onsite model - Good communication and problem-solving skills - Strong client management and interaction experience - Proficiency in MS Project or similar software and MS Office applications - Experience in leading cross-functional project teams of 30-40 members - Strong persuasion, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills - Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders both within and outside the organization - Self-motivation and the ability to drive multiple projects Furthermore, this role at Nucleus offers future progression potential, leading to a path of becoming a Program Director, Regional Head - Services, and beyond based on individual career aspirations and capabilities.,
