1. Production planning and execution with quality control implementing solutions to meet deadlines.
2. Work with design and production team
3. Communication with suppliers and vendors
4. Cost management
5. Trend analysis and forecasting
6. Proactively identifying and resolving any challenges or issues that arise during the production process
7. Conduct pre-production meetings and inline/mid-line inspections when required.
8. Maintain accurate documentation, including order status reports and communication logs.
1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, or related field.
2. 58 years of relevant experience in production merchandising (preferably in apparel/garments).
3. Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and accessories
4. Familiarity with compliance requirements (e.g., social audits, buyer guidelines).
5. Strong time management and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
