We are currently seeking a Senior Production Manager for a full-time on-site role located near Kishangarh, Rajasthan. In this position, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process, ensuring product quality, managing production schedules, and coordinating with various departments to achieve production targets. Your responsibilities will include evaluating project and resource needs, budgeting, timeline management, monitoring production standards, implementing quality control measures, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. To excel in this role, you should have a solid background in production planning, resource management, and quality control. You must possess a deep understanding of health and safety regulations and standards, as well as proficiency in managing production schedules and collaborating with different departments. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential, along with excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational skills. Knowledge of the stone industry is a must, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is required. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, with a strong grasp of maintaining plant and machinery, handling export quality packaging and despatches, and understanding the processes involved in different stages of natural stone production from procurement to despatches.
