Your responsibilities will include managing production schedules, coordinating with weavers and craftsmen, maintaining quality control, and optimizing production efficiency. Additionally, you will be tasked with troubleshooting production issues, ensuring compliance with safety and sustainability standards, and managing inventory and supply chain logistics.
