As the Plant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of the manufacturing plant to ensure productivity and efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include planning and implementing production schedules to meet customer demands, monitoring and optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations. You will be in charge of implementing quality control measures to maintain product consistency, addressing and resolving quality issues promptly, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in production processes.
