Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Textile Designer, based in New Delhi. The Textile Designer will be responsible for creating and developing embroidery patterns, textile prints, and graphic designs for various collections. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with craftsmen, working with the design team to conceptualize new ideas, and ensuring the designs align with the brand's vision of heritage and luxury. Additionally, the Textile Designer will be required to stay updated on market trends and incorporate fresh, innovative ideas into their work. Role Description This is a full-time on-site position located in Mumbai for a Store Manager position at Ekaya Banaras. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing store operations, driving sales, inventory management, training new employees, and creating a positive customer experience. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in retail and/or luxury sales Experience in managing a luxury brand store preferably textiles Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Knowledge of local and international trends in fashion and textiles Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems Ability to lead and motivate a team Fluency in English is mandatory, proficiency in Hindi will be an added advantage
