Senior Production Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process as a Senior Production Manager at Ekaya Banaras in New Delhi. Your main focus will be to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality hand-woven products by managing production schedules, coordinating with weavers and craftsmen, maintaining quality control, and optimizing production efficiency. Additionally, you will be troubleshooting production issues, ensuring compliance with safety and sustainability standards, and handling inventory and supply chain logistics.
