Production Planning & Scheduling: Develop, implement, and monitor production plans to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfilment. Supplier & Manufacturer Coordination: Maintain effective communication with suppliers, vendors, and manufacturing teams to ensure uninterrupted raw material supply and production flow. Production Oversight: Supervise daily production activities, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. Tracking & Monitoring: Monitor production performance, track progress against targets, and ensure timely delivery of finished goods. Raw Material Management: Oversee planning, availability, and usage of raw materials to avoid shortages or overstocking. Reporting & Documentation: Prepare accurate production reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review. Problem Solving: Identify and resolve production issues including delays, shortages, and process deviations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, quality assurance, and logistics teams. Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
