Ekaya's products are handwoven and handmade, supporting and empowering over 10,000 weavers from Banaras, as well as craftsmen from various corners of the country. It offers a very distinct product line based on the principles of heritage and artisanship.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Mumbai for a Store Manager position at Ekaya Banaras. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing store operations, driving sales, inventory management, training new employees, and creating a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in retail and/or luxury sales
• Experience in managing a luxury brand store preferably textiles
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of local and international trends in fashion and textiles
• Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Fluency in English is mandatory, proficiency in Hindi will be an added advantage
