We are on a journey to enable developer friendly, mission-critical, AI enabled operational Databases across relational, non-relational and OSS offerings.The Fabric Data Team is hiring a Senior Product Manager who will define and execute the product roadmap of a data platform.We do not just value differences or different perspectives. Responsibilities
- Customer Feedback and Iteration: Capture, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings. Develop and refine OKRs, platform feature
enhancements, and functional specifications.
- Requirement Gathering and Specification: Collect and analyze customer requirements, formulate objectives, and develop detailed specifications for new features and products.
- Technical Product Management: partner closely with engineering teams to create, update or review data schemas, data models, platform architecture and technical solutions that answer
customer needs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with analytics, engineering and product teams to ensure seamless platform development and launch. Foster strong partnerships with
stakeholders to align on product vision and goals.
- Process and Documentation: Manage and document product management processes, ensuring clarity and consistency. Maintain comprehensive records of product specifications, user stories, and feedback.
- Leadership and Influence: Demonstrate leadership by driving a customer-obsessed, growth mindset culture within the team. Lead by example and inspire others to achieve excellence.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management
or software development OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:
- This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer
and every two years thereafter.
