The Windows & Devices (W+D) organization is driving the next wave of AI innovation across the Windows ecosystem. As part of this mission, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead AI fundamentals efforts that ensure our AI experiences are performant, power efficient, reliable, and trustworthy across diverse silicon and system configurations.
This role sits at the intersection of AI, silicon, and system fundamentals. You will define and drive fundamentals strategies for AI workloads, partner with engineering and silicon teams, and build tools and data pipelines that provide deep insights into AI features, model behaviors, and system impact.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development

OR equivalent experience.

Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid analytical skills and experience working with telemetry, diagnostics, or profiling tools.

Strong background and working experience in OEM ecosystem
Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without authority.

Experience with system fundamentals, performance engineering, or platform validation.

Experience with system-level performance, power, or silicon fundamentals.
