As a Senior Product Manager for ISSQUARED s
Identity Security portfolio, you will be the champion for your products, overseeingtheir entire lifecycle - from initial ideation and market validation tocontinuous improvement and eventual retirement. Y ou will drive the strategic direction and lifecycle management of these
products, ensuring they meet evolving customer needs, industry trends, andbusiness objectives. Your deep expertise in IAM concepts, cloud-nativesolutions, and security protocols will be essential in shaping and executingthe product strategy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsto deliver products that meet the highest standards of security, usability, andinnovation.
Responsible for portfolio management,
product definition, product lifecycle, and planning and executing the GTMstrategy for Orsus Identity Security Suite - Orsus Lifecycle Manager (OLM), ExternalIdentity and Access Governance (EIAG), Orsus Directory Services (ODS), OrsusAccess Manager (OAM) products into the market.
Product Portfolio
Management : Lead the strategic
direction for Orsus Identity Security Suite, managing the full productlifecycle from concept and ideation to launch, iteration, and eventualretirement.
Product Vision &
Strategy : Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap,
ensuring alignment with the companys overall goals.
Market &
Competitive Analysis : Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify
opportunities, understand user needs, and define differentiated features to stay ahead of
industry trends.
Feature Definition
& Prioritization: Define product
requirements and prioritize features based on customer feedback, businessvalue, and technical feasibility. Maintain a keen focus on IAM protocols (e.g.,SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM, RBAC/ABAC, etc.), ensuring that the product is at theforefront of industry standards.
Cross-functional
Collaboration : Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and
customer support teams throughout the product development process.
Go-to-Market (GTM)
& Launch : Lead the GTM
strategy for product launches, including positioning, messaging, pricing, andpackaging. Drive go-to-market activities that maximize product adoption andsuccess.
KPIs &
Performance Tracking : Define and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure
product success, identify areas for improvement, and inform future productdecisions. Make data-driven
decisions to ensure the products meet both customer expectations and businessoutcomes.
Product Retirement
& Transition : Make strategic decisions regarding product retirement when the time
is right, ensuring a smooth transition for users.
Core Skills/Experience for A Senior
Product Manager - OLM, EIAG, ODS, OAM
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of IAM protocols such as SAML,
OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, SCIM, RBAC/ABAC, with practical experience implementing andmanaging these protocols in enterprise environments.
Cloud & Security
Expertise : Experience with cloud-native
platforms, Zero Trust architecture, and security & compliance frameworks(e.g., GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001).
IAM/IGA Domain
Knowledge : Significant
experience and deep understanding of Identity Governance and Administration(IGA), Access Management (AM), Directory Services, Privileged Access Management(PAM), and related solutions in the cybersecurity space.
Product Management Skills : Product
Strategy & Roadmap; Customer Research & Competitive Analysis; Data-DrivenDecision Making.
Business & Leadership Skills: Go-To-Market
