Senior Product Designer - Fast Growing London Fintech

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Designer with 5+ years of experience who can drive the end-to-end UX/UI design for Ooodles’ platform. You will own the full product design lifecycle—from problem discovery to final UI delivery—crafting simple, elegant, and intuitive experiences for finance and IT teams managing devices at scale.

You have strong product sense, the ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured experiences, and the confidence to lead design direction in a fast-growing startup. You combine UX clarity with visual excellence and storytelling, and you’re comfortable designing both product interfaces and high-impact marketing creatives.

You are hands-on in Figma, know modern design tools and workflows, and ideally have experience working in fast-paced SaaS or early-stage startups where design decisions directly shape product and business outcomes.

Ooodles is a Device-as-a-Service platform that enables SMEs to equip their teams with the latest tech at the click of a button. We aim to transform the way small and medium-size businesses access IT with a one-stop-shop platform, giving finance and IT teams the tools, visibility, and control they need to manage resources efficiently, optimise spending, and drive business growth.

• Own the end-to-end product design across the entire Ooodles platform—from customer-facing interfaces to internal operations tools.

• Create sophisticated UX flows that solve real user problems with clean logic, usability, and clarity.

• Work closely with business teams to continuously improve customer-facing journeys as well as internal tools used by operations, finance, and supply chain teams.

• Build, evolve, and maintain Ooodles’ design system to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability across the platform.

• Conduct user interviews, gather insights, and validate design decisions with data and feedback.

• Produce visually compelling assets for marketing, videos, product launches, pitch decks, and brand communication.

• Contribute to brand storytelling through motion graphics, visuals, and creative design thinking.

• Support the team with video editing and design execution for demos, tutorials, and product walk-throughs.

• Drive design leadership by setting high standards, helping shape the design culture of Ooodles.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role at SaaS startups or fast-growth tech companies.

• Prior experience of building product as a senior designer from scratch for a tech startup.

• Experience building products for the US or UK user base.

• High product sense and the ability to think from first principles and design with minimal guidance.

• Proven ability to own the complete product flow across a platform—customer, internal, operational, and finance-facing tools.

• Deep expertise in UX design—flow creation, IA, interaction design, prototyping, and user testing.



• Strong UI craft with attention to detail, layout, typography, aesthetics, and visual clarity.

• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams—product, operations, business, finance, engineering—and aligning design solutions with business goals.

• Proven experience building and maintaining design systems.

• Skilled in Figma and modern design tools; additional comfort with motion or animation tools is a plus.

• Ability to produce visually appealing brand creatives for marketing and communication teams.

• Video editing and familiarity with tools like Premier Pro, Final Cut, or similar.

• Ability to work independently, think clearly, and solve problems with common sense.

• Strong communication skills, ability to explain design decisions, and collaborate across teams.
