As we scale, we are seeking Senior Product Consultant to join our dynamic team and bring in process excellence in product delivery at all levels. 

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Product Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Consulting, Analytics & Insights, Generative AI and Automation technologies. The role requires experience working in Tech Product companies and driving transformation in product operations.

• Possess strong analytical skills with experience in Analytics & Insights
• Have experience with Generative AI applications.
• Be proficient in implementing automation solutions
• Have experience in driving customer discussions, market and competitor research.
• Have excellent communication and collaboration skills and experience driving customer conversations
• Show a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate strong project management skills
• Good to have: Domain expertise in P&C Commercial Insurance in US markets 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation initiatives within product and operations team to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

• Understand BluePond.AI’s product capabilities, understand customer needs and accordingly implement innovative solutions to streamline and improve product operations efficiency

• Oversee the implementation of advanced analytics and insights to inform decision-making processes. • Market and competitor research to drive product roadmap decisions.

• Implement Generative AI solutions to enhance operational capabilities and drive innovation.

• Identify, lead a team and deploy automation solutions including RPA/AI +ML / Agentic AI/ Small automations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of transformation initiatives to ensure they meet organizational goals.

• Communicate progress and outcomes of transformation initiatives to senior management.
