About the Role We are looking for a proactive Inside Sales Analyst with 2+ years of experience in B2B sales for the US market. Key Responsibilities Generate qualified leads through research, outreach, and campaign activities for the US P&C insurance and technology markets. Execute targeted email marketing, outreach campaigns, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs. Conduct market research to identify key accounts, decision-makers, and potential business opportunities. Manage and maintain lead pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking progression. Own and update lead database, ensuring accuracy and data hygiene. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities. Leverage CRM tools (HubSpot and others) to track, manage, and report sales activity. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on lead generation, campaign performance, and pipeline status. Key Requirements 2+ years of inside sales / lead generation experience in the B2B space (US Market preferred) . Proven expertise in email marketing, campaigns, ABM, and market research . Strong communication skills — verbal and written (fluent English required). Prior experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and other sales tools. Strong ability to own and manage lead databases and pipelines . Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Experience in SaaS, Insurance, or Technology sales . Exposure to working with US-based clients and time zones. Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other prospecting tools.
