This is a customer-facing role that combines advanced hands-on configuration work with process ownership and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration and onboarding of complex or multi-product customer implementations.
- Take full ownership of Catering Supplier Integrations, managing the process end-to-end, from initial setup and testing, through to go-live and ongoing maintenance.
- Work closely with the Programme Manager to build and maintain monthly reporting, to cover team utilisation and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced configuration issues, acting as the escalation point for the team.
- Identify recurring configuration issues and contribute to the enhancement of configuration processes, documentation, and templates.
- Develop and maintain configuration guides, checklists, and tools to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Support the refinement of onboarding communications and materials to enhance the customer experience.
- Represent the configuration function in discussions relating to system enhancements or supplier integration changes.

- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated experience in product configuration, onboarding, or implementation within a customer-facing role.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues and act as an escalation point.
- Experience of being able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good understanding of the business/customer base
- Confidence in the use of IT for business purposes including proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook
- Pro-active and forward thinking
- Demonstrates good numeracy and analytical skills
