Senior Product Configuration Specialist

You will be part of a dynamic Product team that focuses on accelerating your career through exposure to international projects and working methods rooted in agile development best practices sourced from leading global technology consultancies. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the configuration and onboarding of complex or multi-product customer implementations. - Take ownership of Catering Supplier Integrations, overseeing the entire process from initial setup and testing to go-live and ongoing maintenance. - Collaborate closely with the Programme Manager to establish and update monthly reporting covering team utilisation and performance. - Address and resolve advanced configuration issues, serving as the team's escalation point. - Identify recurring configuration challenges and contribute to improving configuration processes, documentation, and templates. - Develop and update configuration guides, checklists, and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency. - Assist in refining onboarding communications and materials to elevate the customer experience. - Act as the representative of the configuration function in discussions regarding system enhancements or supplier integration changes. Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise: - Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. - Exceptional organisational abilities enabling the management of multiple projects concurrently. - Demonstrated experience in product configuration, onboarding, or implementation within a customer-facing capacity. - Proven capability to troubleshoot complex issues and serve as an escalation point. - Experience working effectively under pressure and meeting tight deadlines. - Sound understanding of the business/customer base. - Proficient in using IT for business purposes, particularly skilled in Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Proactive and forward-thinking mindset. - Exhibits good numeracy and analytical skills.,
