Senior Procurement Executive

The Senior Procurement Executive at Inspiroz IT Services Pvt. Ltd. in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai will play a strategic role in overseeing the end-to-end procurement of IT assets and services. This includes managing the procurement of hardware, software, cloud solutions, licenses, and vendor contracts. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to make cost-effective and compliant purchasing decisions that align with the company's business objectives. Key responsibilities of the role include managing procurement activities related to IT hardware, software, cloud services, and networking equipment. The Senior Procurement Executive will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with OEMs, resellers, and service providers. Collaboration with IT, Legal, and Finance teams is essential to ensure that procurement decisions meet project needs and budget requirements. The role also involves monitoring software license compliance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and staying informed about market trends and emerging technologies in the IT procurement space. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field (an MBA is preferred) and have at least 5 years of experience in IT procurement or supply chain roles. Strong expertise in IT contract negotiation, licensing models (SaaS/IaaS), and vendor management is required. The candidate should possess a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, software, and cloud technologies, and be proficient in MS Excel and analytical tools. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills are also essential for this role.
