Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Process Executive-CDM/PV with 0 to 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Gross Payroll EBS-Payroll and Workday (HCM) Payroll along with a strong background in Finance & Accounting. This is a work-from-home position with a day shift schedule and no travel requirements. Responsibilities Manage and process payroll operations accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in payroll processing. Utilize Gross Payroll EBS-Payroll and Workday (HCM) Payroll systems to manage payroll tasks. Collaborate with the Finance & Accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting. Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data integrity. Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely manner. Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll inquiries. Assist in the development and implementation of payroll policies and procedures. Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance. Generate and analyze payroll reports for management review. Stay updated with changes in payroll regulations and best practices. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll processes. Support other HR and finance-related tasks as needed. Qualifications Possess strong technical skills in Gross Payroll EBS-Payroll and Workday (HCM) Payroll. Have a solid understanding of Finance & Accounting principles. Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve payroll issues. Show proficiency in using payroll software and systems. Have good communication skills to interact effectively with employees and management. Experience in employee setup and payroll processing is a plus. Certifications Required Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent certification preferred. Show more Show less
