Job Summary

Senior Process Associate

BPO/KPO or real estate support experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle and deliver day-to-day tasks related to:
  • Listing Coordination

    – uploading listings, MLS updates, compliance checks
  • Transaction Coordination

    – supporting contract-to-close processes, document management
  • Marketing & Admin Support

    – social media scheduling, database updates, lead management, property management tasks
  • Ensure tasks are

    completed accurately and within client timelines/SLAs

    .
  • Maintain and update client

    CRM systems, project boards, and reports

    .
  • Act as a

    support contact

    for U.S. real estate clients—responding to queries, providing updates, and escalating issues when required.
  • Collaborate with Operations Managers and team leads for smooth client delivery.
  • Maintain

    quality standards

    through regular checks and attention to detail.
  • Prepare daily/weekly performance reports (task status, progress updates).
  • Participate in ongoing

    training sessions

    to stay updated on U.S. real estate tools, processes, and compliance.
  • Identify small process improvements to enhance task efficiency.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Real Estate, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience

    in process support, operations, or client delivery roles (real estate/BPO/KPO preferred).
  • Strong

    English communication skills

    (written & verbal) to interact with U.S. clients.
  • Proficiency in

    CRM systems, project management tools, and MS Office/Google Workspace.

  • Ability to

    manage multiple tasks

    with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong

    time management and organizational skills.

  • Comfortable working across

    U.S. time zones

    as per client requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in

    U.S. real estate support functions

    (listing coordination, transaction coordination, property management).
  • Familiarity with U.S. real estate platforms like

    MLS systems, DocuSign, Skyslope, Follow Up Boss, or similar CRMs.

  • Exposure to training or mentoring junior associates.
