As a Process Associate (Voice-based) one will be responsible to deliver the following responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and shortlisted Candidates for Hiring Handle inbound calls with utmost professionalism abiding by the call etiquettes of the highest order Niche out sublime negotiation skills assertively Work on Job Boards Manage listings on Job Portals Initiate follow up phone calls & engage in chats and emails in accordance with effective strategical norms applicable with candidates across different stages of Hiring Maintain Daily MIS reports Essentials : Exposure of working in overseas recruitment or international BPO related voice process experience is a plus. However, freshers with impeccable English (with neutral accent) are welcome as well.
