Job Description

As a Process Associate (Voice-based) one will be responsible to deliver the following responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential and shortlisted Candidates for Hiring Handle inbound calls with utmost professionalism abiding by the call etiquettes of the highest order Niche out sublime negotiation skills assertively Work on Job Boards Manage listings on Job Portals Initiate follow up phone calls & engage in chats and emails in accordance with effective strategical norms applicable with candidates across different stages of Hiring Maintain Daily MIS reports Essentials : Exposure of working in overseas recruitment or international BPO related voice process experience is a plus. However, freshers with impeccable English (with neutral accent) are welcome as well. Excellent command over verbal and written English is a necessity Previous Hiring experience is an advantage Self-motivated individuals with a go-getter approach are the ideal fits Basic knowledge in computers Must be willing to start immediately One can Make the Most Of : Highly competitive Pay Structure Handsome performance driven variable pay available Health Insurance (with options to add Parents and dependents) Paid Training Shift : 5 days a week (Monday through Friday) Should be comfortable to work in night shift (It's a work from office job) Transport Facility : Drop facility is available within the transport boundary Job Location : Kolkata ole & responsibilities
