Job Summar:

We are looking for a Senior Procurement Associate to manage end-to-end procurement and supply operations for a D2C business with third-party manufacturing. The role involves vendor coordination, packaging material procurement, production planning, logistics coordination, and payment tracking to ensure smooth, error-free operations across multiple online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Manage procurement and supply of finished goods from third-party manufacturing vendors.
  • Coordinate with vendors for packaging materials including bottles, caps, boxes, labels, cartons, and other components.
  • Ensure timely availability and delivery of packaging materials to third-party manufacturing units.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with manufacturing and packaging vendors.

Production & Dispatch Coordination

  • Ensure third-party manufacturers adhere to agreed lead times for production and dispatch.
  • Track production schedules and proactively resolve delays.
  • Ensure finished goods are dispatched as per demand and platform requirements.

Logistics & Delivery

  • Coordinate with logistics partners for timely pickup of goods from manufacturing locations.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of goods to warehouses, fulfillment centers, or platform-specific destinations.
  • Monitor transit timelines and resolve logistics-related issues.

Marketplace & Channel Support

  • Support supply requirements for platforms such as:
  • Amazon
  • Flipkart
  • Nykaa
  • RK World
  • Company Website
  • Blinkit
  • Zepto
  • Myntra
  • Meesho
  • JioMart

Finance & Payment Coordination

  • Coordinate with the accounts/finance team for:
  • Timely release of advance payments to vendors
  • Final payment settlements post-delivery
  • Track vendor invoices and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Follow up on pending payments and reconciliations with vendors.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure error-free procurement and supply operations.
  • Maintain proper records for purchase orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments.
  • Identify process improvements to optimize cost, timelines, and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of procurement, vendor management, and supply chain operations.
  • Experience working with third-party manufacturers in a D2C or FMCG setup.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills.
  • Strong follow-up, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and tight timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
