Job Description

Project Manager

🧩 Responsibilities:

Define project scope, timelines, and priorities across multiple initiatives within approved budgets
Lead planning, budgeting, cost control, and risk management efforts
Monitor progress and conduct review meetings to ensure alignment
Establish baselines and oversee resource deployment, quality compliance, and time management
Ensure regulatory compliance during pre-construction phases
Maintain effective communication with consultants, clients, and internal teams
Collaborate on site logistics and execution plans
Administer end-to-end project delivery aligned with forecasts
Develop procurement strategies, manage RFPs, tenders, BOQs, and site deliveries
Coordinate with vendors for timely material procurement and execution
Conduct cost analysis, rate evaluations, and BOQ preparation

Proven experience in project management and pre-construction planning
Strong understanding of procurement processes and regulatory frameworks
