Job Title: Senior PHP Developer – Fintech/Banking Domain Experience Required: 10+ Years Location: Nehru Place Job Type: Full-Time --- Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior PHP Developer to lead the development of secure, scalable, and high-performing applications in the fintech and banking domain. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of PHP, experience with cloud platforms, containerization, infrastructure automation, and system monitoring—along with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in CRM development and API integrations. --- Key Responsibilities: * Lead and mentor a team of PHP developers and guide them on best practices in coding, design, and architecture * Architect, design, and develop secure and scalable fintech applications using PHP and modern frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.) * Oversee CRM system creation, customization, integration, and maintenance to meet business and compliance needs * Design and implement robust APIs for internal and third-party integrations (banking, payment gateways, etc.) * Collaborate with DevOps engineers to manage infrastructure on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) * Implement containerized deployments using Docker and coordinate with teams on orchestration (Kubernetes) * Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment using tools like Terraform or Ansible * Monitor application health and performance using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or New Relic * Ensure data security, compliance, and performance optimization, especially relevant to banking and financial regulations * Work closely with product owners, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with business goals --- Required Skills & Qualifications: * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field * 10+ years of PHP development experience, with at least 3+ years in a senior/leadership role * Strong expertise in PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.) * Hands-on experience in building and integrating CRM platforms * Solid knowledge of RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third-party financial integrations * Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for hosting and scaling applications * Proficiency with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines * Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible * Experience in container orchestration using Kubernetes (preferred) * Strong understanding of security best practices, data privacy, and banking/financial compliance standards * Good communication skills and ability to manage technical teams and projects independently --- Preferred Skills: * Experience working in fintech, NBFCs, payment gateways, or core banking applications * Familiarity with microservices architecture and event-driven systems * Exposure to blockchain-based or digital payment platforms is a plus * Understanding of banking APIs like UPI, IMPS, AEPS, BBPS, etc.
