Job Title: Senior PHP Laravel Developer Location: Mohali Experience Required: 8+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Up to ₹40 LPA or above market rate for top talent Reporting to: UK-based founders and technical leads Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior PHP Laravel Developer . The ideal candidate will develop robust web applications using Laravel. This role requires someone who not only writes clean, scalable code but also understands the value of organized project tracking and reporting. You will work directly with UK-based management and collaborate with internal teams in a fast-paced, iterative development environment. Excellent communication, proactive problem-solving, and attention to detail are key to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high quality web applications using PHP (Laravel framework). Write clean, modular, and testable code following best practices. Work on API development, third party integrations and backend optimization. Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues and bugs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. Required Skills : 8+ years of hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel. Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, and MySQL. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and version control tools like Git. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Experience working within fast-paced, agile development cycles. Able to communicate directly and transparently with UK-based management. Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-based setting. Strong time management, organization, and ownership of responsibilities. Nice to have: Fluency in Hindi and English. High academic performance preferred (CGPA 7 or higher). Exposure to project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
