Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to oversee and execute performance marketing campaigns that drive engagement and customer acquisition. This full-time, on-site role is based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include planning and implementing paid marketing strategies across various platforms, analyzing campaign performance, optimizing for ROI, and collaborating with other teams to align with overall business goals. The role requires a proactive approach toward driving measurable results and staying updated with marketing trends.

Qualifications

• Performance Marketing, Campaign Management, and ROI-driven advertising expertise.
• Experience with Data Analysis, Marketing Analytics, and Conversion Rate Optimization.
• Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and Digital Advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
• Strong knowledge of Audience Targeting, A/B Testing, and Budget Management.
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Gurugram.
• Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in B2C or D2C industries.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
