We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Senior Performance Marketer to lead our performance marketing initiatives across digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, improving ROI, and optimizing campaigns using data insights. This role requires strong expertise in paid media, analytics, and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Display, Programmatic, Affiliates, etc.).
• Develop strategies for lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Manage marketing budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
• Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
• A/B test creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience targeting.
• Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior marketing team members.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B marketing.
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
• Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or Analytics.
