Senior Performance Marketing Manager (6-8 Years Experience)

Location: Pune

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with 5–6 years of experience in leading and scaling multi-channel paid media campaigns. The role requires expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads with a proven ability to manage large budgets for the US market. This is a leadership role involving strategy, execution oversight, and team mentorship.


Key Responsibilities

- Own and execute the paid media strategy across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging US platforms.

- Manage and optimize large budgets to achieve scalability and profitability.

- Oversee campaign structures, bidding models, audience segmentation, and remarketing strategies.

- Drive advanced A/B and multivariate testing for creatives, ad copy, and landing pages.

- Stay updated on new US ad platforms (Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit Ads, Programmatic DSPs).

- Provide strategic insights and market trends to leadership.

- Mentor and manage junior marketers to scale campaign execution.

- Deliver detailed dashboards and insights for leadership reviews.


Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5–6 years of proven experience in performance marketing across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn (US region).

- Expertise in budget scaling: ₹20–50 lakhs/month+ (or $20k–60k/month).

- Strong knowledge of attribution models, GA4, GTM, and data visualization tools.

- Hands-on understanding of CRO, funnels, and remarketing ecosystems.

- Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management experience.

- Prior experience in healthcare/wellness/consumer tech domains is a plus.
