Our People Operations Team is making great strides in taking our recruiting, onboarding, and employee experiences to the next level, and there is still plenty of impactful work to do. As a People Operations Specialist, you will partner with our global Coordinators, Managers, and Employees to ensure high-level, efficient support, and a great experience throughout the employment lifecycle at Pega. You will act as the Global Subject Matter Expert on our People Operations tools and processes and develop great relationships with your peers across the world!

As the connection between Pega employees and the People Function, you will help ensure employees have an efficient and positive experience anytime they need something from the People Operations Team. From guiding an employee through a personal data change, to helping a new manager navigate the hiring process, you will have a huge impact on the day-to-day experiences of our employees.
What You'll Do At Pega
- Use your organizational and problem-solving superpowers to resolve requests escalated from team members
- Equip our People Function with the data needed to answer key business questions
- Serve as SME for certain topics within the global People Operations team
- Identify improvements and efficiencies that will help create a positive experience for our employees
- Manage the Service Management tool globally and drive efficient SLA’s for the group.
- Partner with our Global Operations team to lead our daily trainings and team meetings for shared learnings and best practices.

You are an excellent multitasker who thrives on juggling multiple assignments simultaneously. You enjoy problem solving and coming up with better ways to get work done. You are highly motivated to provide best-in-class employee experiences!
What You've Accomplished
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience
- 2-5+ years’ experience in HR
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
- HR Reporting/Metrics experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information
- Outstanding initiative with very good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent organizational and project management skills

Additional Information
Base salary range for this role is INR annually. This role may also be eligible for annual bonus OR commission, as well as benefits and other incentives.The final compensation will be determined during the offer process based on the candidate's education, experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as market conditions and may vary from the posted range.
