Job Description

Role & responsibilities

KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • New Joiners Data registration in Payroll Tool
  • Salary processing and ensuring timely, payment of salaries
  • Releasing the salary payout monthly, and salary slip
  • Maintaining employees personal, Bank and Job data changes.
  • Making sure that payroll processing is completed on time.
  • Processing final termination payout in on cycle and off cycle payrolls.
  • Processing final payout for exiting employees.
  • Statutory Filings – Professional Tax, TDS, Shops & Commercial Establishment
  • Stay up to date on all general labor law compliance and issues
  • Handling queries from all the Associates regarding Salaries, PF & ESIC, follow-up etc.
  • Induction for New Joiners
  • Compensation Survey submission and analyzing and recommending the best practices of Rewards & Benefits policy
  • Ensure handling of sensitive employee data or reports in a discreet manner
  • Responsible of full audit of all final payouts.
  • Making sure that the processing documents are updated quarterly.
  • Responsible to perform RCA for any internal processing errors.
  • Successfully executing day to day operational administrative tasks.
  • Process audits and secondary reviews of day-to-day payroll tasks
  • Actively lead to resolve queries in helpdesk sessions
  • Mailbox monitoring and provide resolution within 24 hours
  • Connect with Payroll vendor for the payroll inputs and employee’s E2E PF/Salary payout queries

  • QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

  • Level of educational attainment required:

    • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
  • Previous work experience

    • 8+ years of work experience, preferably including at least 3+ years in managing Payroll
    • India Payroll experience is a plus
  • Language skills required

    • Strong verbal and written English language skills required
  • IT skills required

    • Proficiency in MS Excel essential
    • Proficiency in other Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI desirable
