Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Chemical, Petroleum or Scientific discipline or a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Oil & Gas operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a Panel (DCS) operation.

Has sufficient technical understanding of well pad, pipeline, oil and gas facilities & able to recognize risks, hazards, losses and prevent conflicts between activities.

WorkSite

Perform the activities below:

• DCS & PLC , SCADA operation for plant operations.

• Well management by monitoring with compliance of provided well production profile by subsurface team.

• Close monitoring of the Cyclic/Automated intermittent production (AIP)

• Troubleshooting of process/equipment issues & carrying out RCA of trips/ equipment failures.

• Prepare Daily production reports.

• Monitoring and consumption tracking of all production chemicals/HSD and reconciliation at given frequency

• Plan & execute routine maintenance activity, notifying equipment trips/ breakdown

• Alarm management & rationalization.

• Tracking & maintaining logs of all overrides & long-term isolations

• Safe plant startup (Black & hot startup)

• Safe handover of equipment of maintenance activity in discussion with field engineer.

• Document review e.g. Operating Procedures, modification of work packs etc.

• Ensure all records/logs/certificates are maintained and updated

• Close monitoring & tracking production/sales targets

• Monitor routine plant and equipment operations e.g., start-up, shutdown, and monitoring.

• Notifying & logging plant activities in SAP/trackers & should have experience of SAP PM module .

• Prepare & comply to all the Audit documents (VSAP/AO/QM)
