Position: Head Total Rewards Qualification: MBA (HR) with relevant experience Experience: Min. 10 Years The Head of Total Rewards is responsible for developing and managing HR Digitalization, compensation, benefits, performance incentives and recognition programs to attract, retain, and motivate talent while ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and compliance with legal and industry standards. Roles & Responsibilities Design and drive best-in-class performance, Rewards, Recognition, Benefits and Wellness initiatives aligned with Global Best Practices. Design a comprehensive compensation strategy aligned with business goals and industry benchmarks. Utilize HR analytics and predictive modeling to track the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs on business outcomes. Develop and execute monetary and non-monetary employee recognition programs to boost engagement and retention. Drive a culture of appreciation through service awards, performance recognition, and peer-nominated awards. Drive HR digitalization, ensuring that reward strategies are aligned with digital transformation initiatives. Collaborate with HR leaders, Business Heads, and Senior Management to align total rewards with workforce strategy.
