Iron Ore Karnataka (IOK) has seen significant growth by tripling its volumes from 2.2 MT to 7.2 MT in the last few years and has a potential to become the largest Iron Ore mining company in the state of Karnataka. Roles and Responsibilities: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance intelligence and ensure proactive responses. Lead autonomous teams across regions, ensuring operational cohesion and efficiency. Assess risks and threats to personnel, assets, and resources, and develop security solutions. Drive digital transformation by implementing automated security systems for real-time risk management. Align security strategies with business goals, continuity plans, and secure social approvals for operations. Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and guidelines in compliance with laws and regulations. Develop and implement security procedures to safeguard assets and maintain operational integrity. Conduct audits and compliance assessments, collaborating with SBUs to ensure regulatory adherence. Driving automation initiatives & Internal and External benchmarking to identify areas of improvement. Qualification & Experience: Any graduate with Defence services background/NCC C certificate and minimum work experience of over 12 years.
