Tech in Metallurgy Roles & Responsibilities: Ensure environment, health, and safety at workplace with zero harm, zero discharge and zero waste Process monitoring, ensure to achieve shift production targets & grade wise production Reduction in operational down time. Identifying new activities for HIRA & Aspect / Impact. Daily shift work management, safety & environment initiative and ensuring safe working conditions. Trouble shooting Skills for process variation. Co-ordination with Engineers & other shift personnel for smooth functioning of blast furnaces. Ensuring good housekeeping & safe working environment. Desired attributes Knowledge in Dry GCP/HBS Knowledge in PCM operation & Loco /Ladle movement Knowledge on corrective actions for parameters deviations. Knowledge of reduction of wastage of consumable.
