Role: Head CSR & External Relations - Iron Ore Karnataka, Sesa Goa
Grade: M4

Location: Chitradurga, Karnataka
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute CSR interventions based on stakeholder needs, including impact assessments and continuous community engagement.
  • Develop and implement structured stakeholder engagement plans for internal and external stakeholders to ensure sustainable project execution.
  • Identify key areas for community development, ensure timely completion of campaigns, and strengthen relationships with shareholders and local communities.
  • Lead the Social Sustainability & Stakeholder Engagement module in VSAP, build independent teams across clusters, and oversee training and performance monitoring.
  • Utilize technology and analytics to monitor initiative progress and impact, and promote the organization’s portfolio through awards, conferences, and media to enhance brand image
Qualification & Exp:
MSW or MBA (Rural Management) with 7+ years of relevant experience
