Provide daily functional support for Oracle EBS (R12) and Fusion SCM modules including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Product Data Hub.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions.

Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and coordinate with Oracle Support for timely resolution.

Monitor integrations between SCM, Finance, Manufacturing, and third-party systems to maintain data integrity.
Change Management & Enhancements

Lead end-to-end change request processes requirement gathering, impact analysis, testing, and deployment.

Document functional designs, configuration changes, and process updates per change control procedures.

Partner with business users for UAT and regression testing, ensuring ITIL-compliant change management.
Business Analysis & Process Optimization

Collaborate with business teams to identify process gaps and improvement opportunities within the Oracle SCM landscape.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications and coordinate with developers and integration teams.

Recommend and implement Oracle best practices to enhance procurement, logistics, and inventory workflows.
System Maintenance & Upgrades

Support upgrades, patches, and migration projects across EBS and Fusion environments.

Conduct regression and validation testing for periodic releases and maintain configuration documentation.
Stakeholder Engagement

Serve as a key liaison between Supply Chain, IT, and third-party vendors.

Communicate status updates and project progress effectively.

Conduct user training and prepare process and troubleshooting documentation.

8-10 years of experience as an Oracle SCM Functional or Business Analyst.

Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EBS (R12) and Oracle Fusion SCM modules: Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Order Management, ASCP, BOM, WIP, and Costing.

Deep understanding of supply chain processes including sourcing, fulfillment, planning, and logistics.
-
Experience configuring and supporting Oracle setups, workflows, and approval hierarchies.

Familiarity with integrations between SCM and Finance modules.
Technical & Analytical Skills
-
Proficient in SQL for data analysis and issue resolution.

Exposure to OIC, SOA, APIs, or Web Services is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on system stability and data integrity.
Change & Support Management

Hands-on experience in ITIL-based support environments (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.).

Proven ability to manage incidents, problems, and changes through structured governance.
