Job Description

We are looking for a proactive Senior Operations Executive to oversee and optimize day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, streamline processes, and ensure timely execution of business operations to support growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
• Coordinate between sales, customer service, logistics, and inventory teams.
• Monitor and track orders, shipments, and delivery schedules.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, stock, and operational metrics.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Generate operational reports for management review and strategy planning.
• Mentor and support junior operations staff.

Required Skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM/ERP tools.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably in e-commerce.
