Department: Software DivisionLocation: Pune (HO)🧩 Job Purpose:- --->We are looking for an experienced Senior .NET Software Developer / Team Lead to lead the development and enhancement of the Aquarius Smart Batching Plant Software.---->This role is a blend of hands-on .NET development and technical team leadership, requiring strong expertise in backend architecture, industrial system integration (SCADA/PLC), and cross-functional collaboration.----> The ideal candidate will drive high-quality, scalable industrial software solutions while mentoring and guiding a team of developers.🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and maintenance of Aquarius Smart Batching Plant SoftwareArchitect scalable, modular backend systems using the .NET frameworkOptimize and enhance user interfaces for operational efficiencyEnsure seamless integration with industrial automation systems (PLC & SCADA)Develop and maintain advanced reporting features using Crystal Reports or similar toolsConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding, security, and quality standardsMentor junior developers and manage task allocation and project timelinesCollaborate with Plant, Design, and Service teams to gather and analyze requirementsEstablish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and version control best practices🎓 Required QualificationsEducation:B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or a related fieldExperience:Minimum 4 years of experience in .NET software developmentTechnical Skills:Strong expertise in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Windows Forms / WPF)Proficiency in SQL databases, stored procedures, and performance tuningExperience with Crystal Reports or similar reporting toolsFamiliarity with Git or other source control systems and CI/CD pipelinesKnowledge of industrial automation protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA) is preferred🕘 Working ConditionsMonday to Friday: 09:00 AM – 05:30 PMSaturday: 09:00 AM – 01:30 PMWork Location: Head Office, Pune📩 Interested candidates can apply directly share their profile with us.hr@neksoftconsultancy.com
