Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers, providing technical guidance and support.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Web API).
• Oversee code quality, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and technical documentation.
• Integrate solutions with databases, cloud services, and third-party APIs.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
• Provide support for pre-sales and post-sales technical estimation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of software development experience, with at least 2–3 years in a lead role.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server, Entity Framework, LINQ.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (Angular/React) is a plus.
• Experience with Azure/AWS cloud services preferred.
• Strong understanding of design patterns, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of NopCommerce is desirable.
