You have 8-10 years of professional experience in .NET development with hands-on experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web API. You are proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js). You possess strong knowledge of SQL Server or other relational databases, and experience with ORM tools like Entity Framework. Experience with version control systems, specifically Git/GitHub, including branching, merging, and pull request workflows is a part of your skill set. You are familiar with agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You have proven experience in leading or mentoring teams of developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, are excellent, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. As a Senior .NET Developer with 8-10 years of professional experience, you will be a highly skilled and experienced individual joining our growing team. You are expected to have expertise in .NET technologies, a strong understanding of software development best practices, and proven experience in leading development teams. In addition to technical proficiency, you must have excellent collaboration and communication skills to effectively contribute to project planning, mentor junior developers, and ensure successful project delivery. Your key responsibilities include developing, testing, and deploying robust .NET applications (Web, Desktop, or Cloud-based) using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and other related technologies. You will design and implement software solutions following best practices in software architecture and design patterns. Collaboration with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the development of high-quality, scalable applications is crucial. Leading and mentoring a team of developers, providing technical guidance, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices will be part of your role. You will oversee the development lifecycle from design through implementation and testing, ensuring code quality by conducting code reviews, writing unit tests, and following continuous integration practices. Managing version control using GitHub, handling pull requests, branching strategies, and code merging will also be your responsibility. Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing existing applications to ensure efficiency and scalability are key tasks. Staying current with emerging .NET technologies and industry trends to bring innovative solutions to the team is expected. Desirable skills include experience with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS, familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker, experience with automated testing frameworks and tools, experience in leading projects and managing deadlines, and experience in team handling. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is required.
