Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Developer who is hands-on, experienced in cross-platform

development, and capable of building production-ready applications and dashboards from

the ground up. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in mobile engineering, strong

experience with location-based technologies, and the ability to build apps that perform well

even on low-spec devices.

As a senior hire, you will set technical standards, own delivery end-to-end, and mentor

junior engineers as the team grows.

Key Responsibilities

- Mobile Application Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications (Android + iOS).

• Implement advanced features such as location-based services, geo-fencing, and periodic

activity tracking.

• Ensure applications are lightweight and optimised for performance on a wide range of

devices.

• Integrate with backend APIs, real-time data streams, and cloud services.

- App Deployment & Lifecycle Management:

• Deploy and manage applications on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

• Maintain app reliability, security, and compliance with OS guidelines.

• Implement CI/CD practices for mobile releases.

- Web & Admin Portal Development:

• Build and maintain web-based dashboards for administrators and managers to track data

in real time.

• Ensure secure, scalable, and user-friendly designs.

- Technical Leadership:

• Define architecture and best practices for mobile and web projects.

• Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend) to deliver high-

quality solutions.

Qualifications

- 5–8 years of professional experience in mobile app development (iOS & Android).

- Strong expertise with cross-platform frameworks (Flutter / React Native).

- Proven track record of deploying and maintaining apps in the Google Play Store and Apple

App Store.

- Hands-on experience with location-based services (GPS, geo-fencing, periodic tracking).

- Experience designing apps that are lightweight and optimised for performance on a wide

range of devices.

- Strong proficiency in real-time data handling, API integration, and secure mobile

communication.

- Experience building admin dashboards (React, Angular, Vue, or similar).

- Solid understanding of cloud services (Firebase, AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentorship skills.

Nice to Have

- Experience with workforce management, logistics, or field-service apps.

- Familiarity with offline-first designs and push notification systems.

- Knowledge of scaling apps for high concurrency and real-time updates.
