Job Summary

MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain

  MIS reports

  related to sales, distribution, schemes, targets, and performance tracking
• Handle and monitor

  SFA software

  data including daily sales reports, beat plans, productivity, and field force tracking
• Prepare

  daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards

  for management review
• Analyze sales trends, secondary sales, and territory-wise performance
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and finance teams for data validation
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
• Support management with ad-hoc reports and data insights
• Maintain master data (products, customers, sales hierarchy)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field

• 1–3 years of MIS experience

  in Pharma / OTC / FMCG sector (preferred)

• Mandatory experience in SFA software handling

• Strong proficiency in

  MS Excel

  (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards)
• Good understanding of sales processes and field force operations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working with

  Pharma sales data

  (MR-wise, brand-wise, territory-wise)
• Familiar with sales reporting structures and incentive calculations
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, data-driven environments
