Senior MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. MIS Reporting & Data Management

• Prepare and publish daily/weekly/monthly MIS dashboards (sales, secondary sales, stock & dispatch, field performance, and revenue trends).
• Consolidate data from multiple sources (SAP/ERP, CRM, distributor portals, IMS/IQVIA datasets).
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all MIS reports.
• Automate recurring reports using Excel, Power BI, or other tools.

2. Pharma Sales & Market Analytics

• Analyze primary and secondary sales performance at HQ/Territory/Zonal levels.
• Track brand-wise and SKU-wise performance, market growth, and competitor trends.
• Provide insights on doctor coverage, call reporting, and field-force productivity.
• Support marketing with brand dashboards and campaign performance analysis.

3. Inventory, Supply Chain & Commercial Analytics

• Monitor inventory levels across C&F, distributors, depots, and warehouses.
• Highlight slow-moving, non-moving, and near-expiry stock.
• Support demand forecasting and production planning with data-based insights.
• Prepare monthly commercial, claims, and credit notes summaries if required.

4. Systems & Process Management

• Manage CRM/ERP data hygiene and resolve discrepancies with IT/Operations.
• Create and maintain master data (products, SKUs, employee codes, territories).
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve reporting systems and workflows.
• Provide training/support to field and internal teams on MIS tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
