Job Title: Executive Assistant 

Location: Karol Bagh & Nehru Place, Delhi

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 2–4 years (Experienced candidates only)

Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, well-organized, and experienced Executive Assistant to support senior management in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should be confident, proactive, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments of senior management

Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and documentation

Prepare reports, presentations, and files as required

Coordinate with internal teams and external clients

Maintain records, data, and office files systematically

Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational activities

Handle travel arrangements and meeting coordination

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Good command over MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Professional attitude and problem-solving ability

Ability to work independently and under pressure
